A delicate nose with a balanced mix of citrus and varietal grassy notes. The palate is punchy, yet has a rounded and generous mouthfeel that's assisted by the impact of time in barrel. There are understated tropical fruits and green apple that provide ample fruit sweetness and are contrasted by a line of mineral acidity and touch of savoury flare to finish.
