A light yellow in the glass with a piercingly herbaceous display of tropical fruits on the nose with top notes of gooseberry.
The palate has an intensity to it between the fullness of the fruit and the mouth tingling acidity it’s not your run of the mill Sauvignon Blanc. The tropical fruits and herbaceous notes also benefit from a touch of floral jasmine before the tart, taught, drying finish.
