Ten Minutes by Tractor don’t just do wonders with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, their Sauvignon Blanc is one of the best examples of the fume blanc style coming out of Victoria.
The wine is all about it’s savoury, herbaceous texture that enjoys a steely crushed rock acidity keeping things fresh and focused. Gooseberry, passionfruit - it’s all there but embalmed with lemon thyme. A beautiful wine.
