A light yellow in the glass with a punchy nose of boysenberry and passionfruit with a capsicum and crushed herb edge. There is good definition of tropical fruits with a savoury texture to provide contrast. This is a more robust style of Sauvignon Blanc in terms of mouthfeel with a grippy mid to back palate that continues the boysenberry thread with pine needles and some citrus to finish.
