A light, almost clear colour in the glass with some grassy and herbaceous notes to bright passionfruit. The wine is defined by grippy, grapefruit like acidity that is more dominant than the citrus and tropical fruit characters. The herbaceous thread gives an almost smokey note on the palate. The finish is bristling with acidity that is somewhat to the determinant to the wines balance.
