Sourced from the Great Southern wine region, the wine is a light yellow with punchy, tropical aromatics alongside citrus blossom, there is a slate like citrus acidity that frames the wine with the tropical tones taking on more of a jasmine note the leads to lime zest on the mid palate. The finish has a powdery texture and is focused on citrus fruits with good length.
