Classical representation of Sauvignon Blanc on the nose with piercing boysenberry and baked passion fruit with a faint herbaceous edge. The wine is medium bodied with a backbone of taut acidity with green apple and lemongrass before the finish enjoys a savoury kick and a wet slate like impact. In a good place now, but will hold for another couple yet.
