2018 Mount Avoca Estate Sauvignon Blanc

A light yellow in the glass with a tropical yet gently herbaceous nose with citrus fruits and some jasmine tones in the mix. The palate shows a medium bodied wine with good texture and a persistent thread of lime that is filled out by apple and nashi pear, acidity meshes with savoury texture to finish. The wine will continue to reward a few more years in bottle.
