Pure passion-fruit on the nose and the palate, this wine shows pure varietal definition and clinical execution. Even though passion-fruit dominates the palate this wine is by no means boring, with excellent textures and mouth feel throughout. Acid is well handled with a solid core of natural acidity running through the wine, reaching a crisp crescendo on the finish.
