Slight yellow with a fleck of green in the glass, the nose shows restrained passion fruit flavours, the palate is nicely textured with a refreshing savoury undertone due to time spent in barrel. The wine has well structured acidity and enough understated tropical fruit to full the mouth, but is by no means over ripe or over exuberant.
