A light golden yellow in colour, a nose of lanolin, lemon butter and toast is a reminder of the wonderful aromatics from aged semillon. The palate has excellent weight with lime still the guiding force, but richer brioche provides breadth. The finish is long with buttered toast like complexity that lingers
