Straw yellow, with a fleck of green in colour; citrus blossoms, lemon curd and freshly toasted bread on the nose.
The palate is precise and focused, with tightly coiled citrus and balanced, yet piercing acidity. The finish has superb depth, with length of crisp and clean citrus fruits.
This wine will continue to develop over the next decade into something special.
