Straw yellow in colour, lemon rind and toasted almond on the nose, the palate has excellent balanced acidity, and some nice complexity that has come with bottle age, there is lime / lemon, with savoury oak influences adding to both the flavour and texture of the wine in the mouth. The wine finishes with good acidity that keeps the oak from dominating.
