A slight yellow with a fleck of green in the glass, the nose is just starting to show the benefits of time in bottle with a buttered toast and flint to lime and lemon fruits.
The palate has a beautiful baseline of acidity with a generosity of mouthfeel that’s framed by bickfords lime cordial, mixed with lemon zest. There is a satin like creaminess that works within the confines of finely structured acidity and citrus fruits to finish.
