A new age expression of Semillon with a nose of fresh lime and citrus zest alongside crushed rock and faintest notes of lanolin. The palate is defined by citrus with a chalkiness of texture and just enough phenolic grip. There is an emphatically pure and concentrated expression of lime fruit to finish that is cut through by a litheness of mineral acidity.
