Review Detail

Lightly golden yellow with a youthful nose of kaffir lime with some subtle development of fig and ginger. The palate shows its youthful disposition with more peach and mango influence than citrus fruits. Acid is well handled and gives a white grapefruit like texture to finish with lime fruit lingering. The wine is sure to improve with more time in bottle.
