Review Detail

A light yellow with some slight golden hues in terms of colour, the nose has understated lemon, straw and faint lanolin. The palate has really good texture, with citrus laced acidity puckering the mouth and just enough sweeter fruit definition to give contrast; fruit comes in the way of just ripe granny smith and layers of lemon and lime. Chalky and mineral to finish.
