Slight yellow in colour, the nose is starting to develop almond and toast characters that you can't help but enjoy from a Hunter Semillon that has got a few years under it's belt.
The palate builds in weight from entry with citrus and unripe peach characters playing well against a core of vibrant acidity. The length is superb and you can't help but wonder what this wine will have ahead of it.
