Slightly golden yellow in colour with a flicker of green, the nose is pure and aromatic with vibrant lemon blossom on show.
The palate has a great line of mineral acidity that cuts through lemon curd and slightly developed toasted bread characters. The finish shows superb balance with great persistence of mineral laced lemon fruit.
This wine is exceptional now and has an illustrious future ahead.
