Review Detail
2008 Bleasdale Petrel Reserve Shiraz Cabernet Malbec
Wine Rating
92
Deep red in colour, the nose has a mix of cedary oak, blackberry and olive that has benefited from a few years of bottle age.
The palate is soft on entry with blackberry, plum, and a touch of licorice. The tannins are supple and centered around dark fruits and olive ,there is balanced oak inputs on the finish adding complexity.
