Review Detail
2011 Mollydooker Two Left Feet Shiraz Cabernet Merlot
Wine Rating
90
The 2011 Two Left feet is a blend of Shiraz, Cabernet and Merlot that has been aged in predominantly American oak, with a high proportion of new oak.
The wine itself is a deep but still youthful red in colour, with the nose having a mix of blackberry and mocha aromas that are backed by vanillin oak.
The wine is soft and supple on the palate initially, with spice building amongst dark berry fruits, and creamy oak inputs. The finish has good length, and best consumed in it’s youth.
