A deep red in colour, with the inclusion of Viognier providing a subtle floral lift to mineral, black fruited McLaren Vale Shiraz that has an edge of charcuterie and cool earth. The palate is plush and saturated with plum, there is aniseed in the background with a tannin and acid structure that supports the fruit characters well. The finish is driven by drying plum and blackberry fruit with excellent length. A bargain that has been cellared for you already.
