Review Detail
2018 Harewood Estate Shiraz Cabernet
Wine Rating
91
A deep red with purple hues to the rim. The nose is dark fruited with blackberry and plum enjoying bay leaf, and richer milk chocolate tones. The palate is medium to full bodied with drying dark fruits accentuated by cigar box like and new leather; tannins are firm and have a bitter dark chocolate influence with drying blackberry that is peppered with spice and a touch of mint to finish. A medium term cellaring proposition, and all for $20.
