A youthful deep red to purple in the glass. Nose shows savoury plum, with an aromatic lift from the co-fermented viognier. The palate is complex and ranges from an initial hit of blackberry and dark cherry on the front palate, to more savoury undertones in the mid to back palate,the finish shows an irresistable tannin structure, focused spice, high quality oak integration and tremendous length. An elegant and refined cool climate shiraz.
