The wine is an inky red in colour with lashings of high quality American and French oak evident on the nose along with plum and fruit cake characters.
The palate has both power and elegance with mouth filling plum and dark cherry, a saturation of oak gives a fullness and opulence to the wine, with the acid and tannins to balance.
The finish has excellent depth of rich plum , cinnamon spice and fine chocolatey tannins.
