Red to dark purple in colour, the nose jumps up out of the glass with blackberry and vanillian oak. The palate is generous with layers of blackfruits, dark chocolate and almost creamy oak. The wine has long tannins that give rise to an excellent mouth feel and considerable length. A bargain for the price
