Purple to red in colour, the nose shows typical cool climate characteristics, with plum, blackberry and a little pepper. the palate has good structure with strong influences of plum and mocha on the mid to back palate and some spice and aniseed on the finish. The tannin structure will underwrite a number of years in the cellar
