A dense dark red in the glass, the nose showcases the deeply satisfying plum and savoury nuances that come from top quality Yarra Valley Shiraz. Supple tannins are wrapped in a web of dark cocoa with black peppercorn, concentrated plum and red cherry rounding out the medium bodied palate. Drinking well now but demands time in the cellar.
