2015 Mitolo G.A.M Shiraz

The 2015 releases from Mitolo are on song with the G.A.M another very good example of flagship McLaren Vale. The wine is a deep dark red in the glass and enjoys richness from seductive French oak the has melted into concentrated plum and blackberry fruit with top notes of milk chocolate.

A beautifully supple palate with fullness of plum and blackberry; tannins are present but wrapped in a sheath of oak induced richness. Chocolate is layered amongst primary fruits, drying tannins and a savoury earthen nuance to finish. A wine with a long life ahead of it.
