A glossy red in the glass, the nose has elegance but generosity with plum fruit set against integrated, but rich oak and some fainter savoury nuance. The palate shows a medium bodied wine with a subtle build of texture that combines vanillin oak and plush dark berry fruits. Finely textured tannin and well handled acidity give focus and length with pepper and dark fruits framing the finish.
