The flagship from Gundog Estate that sees the royal treatment in terms of both fruit selection and oak. There is a floral, tar and roses aspect to the wine with characteristic pepper that is lifted by layers of spice. The finish has structure, concentration and above all a texture that pits fine tannins and perfectly balanced acidity against cool climate fruit and integrated oak influence.
