European in its stylings as ever with earth and charcuterie alongside black plum and savoury spice.
The palate is defined by savoury structure with bitter dark cocoa at the core. Tannins are laced with tilled earth but there are layers of dark fruits that give texture and depth. The finish has unsweetened liquorice, dry spice and lovely balanced length of plum and blackberry.
