2021 Thorn Clarke Canyon Block Shiraz

A dense, deep dark purple in colour with cool blue and black fruits on the nose with lifted spice and faint pull of milk chocolate.

The palate is expansive, but has balance and definition. The wines 14.9% frame gives power but the equally impactful tannins and oak are a great counterpoint. Fruit tends to plum and black cherry with a touch of unsweetened liquorice and cocoa giving a drying nature to the mid palate, the finish is fruit driven with embellishments of spice and excellent length. Classic Barossa.
