Kalamata olives with a mix of blackberry on the nose. The palate is complex and savoury with plum still present but fading. The wine really starts to show in the mid to back palate with soft tannins , exceptional oak and leathery secondary characters and subtle cool climate spice showing through. A wine remarkable in terms of the various sources of the grapes and the resultant wine.
