Review Detail
2005 Schild Estate Shiraz
Wine Rating
84
Medium red in colour, there is cherry and strawberry on the nose with a character that is best described as raw cane sugar.
The Palate has light red fruits on entry with initially soft tannins that have a bitter savoury twist on the finish, the wine is disjointed and not your typical Barossa Shiraz.
