Review Detail
2008 Bleasdale Generations Shiraz
Wine Rating
90
Very dark red in colour, the nose shows cedary olive and blackberry with generous oak.
The wine has lots of sweet oak that just stops short of dominating the plum and blackberry fruit on the palate ,the tannins are firm and drying with good length to finish.
Time will tell if the quality of the fruit is enough for the wine to thrive once the oak starts to fade.
