A touch of liquorice all sorts to plum with savoury and funky undertones seeded with black olive. The palate is has a textural interplay between stalky plum that is elegantly light with a cabernet like leafiness, generous spice and pepper undertones to finish.

This is a wine that will polarise people, if your expecting a plush wine with christmas cake oak this isn't the wine, but if you want something that has an attractive edginess and some adept winemaking this is for you.
