Aged in French oak on lees for 18 months with minimal intervention. This is classic Barossa Shiraz with beautifully ripe and expressive fruit, but structure and elegance that puts this on equal footing with wines twice the price.

The nose is awash with plum and blackberry fruit, understated oak spice and sultry earthen notes in the background. The palate builds in concentration and depth across the journey with tightly bound tannins and finely filamented french oak the highlight, there is a milk chocolate character that melds beautifully with the dark berry fruits before the finish enjoys a leathery, spice laden aspect that lingers with dark plum.

Hard to put down now, but time will show even more.
