A deep red with youthful hues towards the rim, a heady mix of plum and dark cherry with smokey American oak in spades.
There is sweetness to the concentrated primary fruits that work in amongst vanillin oak with tannins supple but having enough structure to support the considerable impact of fruit, layers of oak induced spice frame the back palate with dark cherry the dominant fruit.
The finish has length of plum with a lingering sweetness of oak. A bold Barossa Shiraz with plenty of oak and fruit.
