A tremendous vintage that yielded over 2 tonne an acre, and produced one of the most iconic expressions of aged Heathcote Shiraz that I have enjoyed to date.

There is an attractive floral note to aromatic plum that enjoys a light vanillin lift that is beautifully elegant.

Tightly held tannin and oak meld with deeply satisfying dark fruits and impart texture, spice and a hint of old leather. Commanding length to finish that underwrites another decade in the cellar.
