A deep but glossy red hue in the glass, the nose is built around black cherry and plum with touches of eucalyptus and the support of cedar oak.

A medium bodied palate with suppleness of black fruits that enjoy a baseline of tarry and earthen tannins which give contrast and depth. The finish shows a continuation of the savoury nuance but enjoys lifted spice from French oak.

A well made wine that’s drinking well now, but should continue to evolve over the medium term.
