Wine Rating

This wine pays homage to the family of Geoff Hardy with grapes sourced from the vineyard planted by his great, great grandfather over 100 years ago.

This is a wine to sit and contemplate, evolving to show subtle nuance after nuance over time with a nose that initially shows blackberry and plum fruit which over time melds with cedar, earth and chocolate.

It’s hard to describe a wine of this stature, it keeps building with a milk chocolate richness that is contrasted by tightly bound blackberry and plum and interjected by spice. A drying and moreish finish with a saline note that draws you back for more. Significant length is an undestatement.

A wine of epic proportions.
