2015 Huntington Estate Special Reserve Shiraz
Wine Rating

94
The usual quality one would expect from this label, a fully resolved nose that ties brambly plum fruits with bracken and a suppleness of sweeter American Oak that has fine coffee tones.

Steeped in plum and blackberry fruits, yet wrapped in generously supple mocha oak; tannins are present but support rather than detract. There is a milk chocolate richness on the mid palate before fine lines and length are afforded to the finish by precise lines of acidity and driving blackberry fruit.

Drinking well now, but will age well.
