Jasper Hill is one of the pioneers of the Heathcote wine region and in the upper echelon of Victorian Shiraz. The vineyard itself has been organically farmed since its inception, and is unirrigated. The attention to detail in the vineyard combined with precise winemaking results in a wine of concentration and balance whilst being a long term cellaring proposition.

The wine is a deep but youthful red with a nose packed with dark plum, raspberry and a touch of blackberry fruit; oak lifts the nose with a web of baking spice. The wine is 15.5% in alcohol but you can’t tell, weight of fruit and tannin are in equilibrium and generosity of oak has the wine flowing from start to finish. A wine that is sure to impress.
