Review Detail
2018 Peos Estate Four Kings Shiaz
Wine Rating
93
A deep dark red with youthful purple tones to the rim of the glass. The nose opens up with the faintest reductive note before showing generous plum and blackberry fruits with an ever so slight floral lift. The palate has bright primary fruits with dark cherry and raspberry joining plum, there is a subtle charcuterie and pepper note that along with supple tannins fills out the mid palate. The length has understated generosity of oak and and lingering dark berry fruits that have a savoury and bracken edge.
