Cool climate Shiraz from Adelaide Hills that ticks all the boxes at $24, the nose gives white pepper are charcuterie notes to plum and blackberry with a background lift of spice.
There is a suppleness of tannin to the medium bodied palate that has soaked up generous oak and highlights plum and dark cherry fruit with some faint leather tones to finish and very good length.
