Review Detail
2017 Blue Pyrenees Estate Shiraz
Wine Rating
93
A glossy deep red in the glass with a nose that is equal part blue and black fruits and lifted by generous oak derived spice.
The palate enjoys dark berry and plum fruit with layers of dark chocolate; gentle spice and faint tar and roses fill out the palate, with lovely acid and tannin that will underwrite plenty of long term development. The value is quite incredible here.
