Impenetrable red in the glass, oak dominates the nose with smokey vanillin tones that combine with milk chocolate and rich plum. The palate is full bodied with plum and blackberry fruit joined by tannins that are laced with tar and earth. Oak does have more impact than fruit to finish with a sappy spice and drying depth.

Impressive value and the definition of a full bodied red.
