Excellent dark red in the glass, the nose has developed cedar, tobacco and plum, the palate has wonderful depth and complexity with savoury cigar box, dark fruits and secondary leathery characters weaving throughout the palate, there is some nice spice on the finish, with excellent fine grained tannins and persistent length.
