A blend of Canberra district and Hunter that gives a deep but reflective red in the glass. The nose has cooling dark cherry and plum with faint pepper and sweeter spice.

This wine is about as supple as you can get with tannins that meld with dark berry fruits, unsweetened liquorice and milk chocolate gives contrast. The finish has impressive length of moreish plum fruit.
